The LEO Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt charitable organization.  Donations are tax deductible less the fair market value of any services or goods received.  A copy of our tax exempt I.R.S. tax status letter is available upon request.  Currently donations are accepted either by check or by credit card using PayPal.   Please make checks payable to the: LEO Foundation

Ticket Sale (**Only for Active Law Enforcement Agencies and their Nominees):

Cash price for tickets for the 20th Annual LEO Gala scheduled for March 7th, 2020 at the Trump National Doral Miami is $175 each or $1,750 for a table of ten.  Due to the fees charged by PayPal, credit card price for the ticket is higher to cover the cost of those fees as noted below. Payment by check should be made payable to the LEO Foundation using the above mailing address. Please note the number of tickets purchased and any special requests.

Tickets will be issued in February once table assignments have been made.  Please contact Sergeant Addy Villanueva at (305) 491-9287 or (305) 284-5144 for details concerning table/seating assignments BEFORE purchase.  For Sponsor Tickets, please contact Andrew Vera at the below email or telephone number.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TERMS and RESTRICTIONS: 

1. The event is structured for adults therefore children are not permitted to attend.
2. Individual extra ticket purchases are only allowed in conjunction with an initial agency table purchase and limited to two extra tickets per purchased table (table size limited to 12 seating).
3. Purchase of extra tickets is for active law enforcement personnel and their immediate adult family members. 
4. The purchase request must be approved by the table purchasing agency Chief or designee via an email request.
5. All others guests wishing to attend must become a sponsor for the event.  Sponsorship information available upon request, refer to the sponsor webpage.
6. All attending guests must have a ticket to attend the event.  Each ticket has a specific table assignment.
7. Non-ticketed persons will be requested to leave.
8.  Ticket sales are non-refundable.
9. The LEO Foundation reserves exclusive right to deny anyone or entity admission to the event or sponsorship without cause or explanation.  Any payment received will be refunded in full.
